Evaluation
& Strategic Planning

Clarifying Impact

Organizations have been rapidly moving toward person-centered, ecological frameworks. Through using methodologies based in international evaluation and strategic foresight, I help organizations develop strategic frameworks and theories of change that align intended impacts with their values and goals. As an Independent Consultant, I led strategic planning and federal grant writing efforts for Creative Santa Fe and Southwestern College. As Program Manager and Evaluator for Coop Consulting, I led the State Office of Substance Abuse Prevention through an intensive strategic planning process, resulting in plan for achieving health equity within prevention in New Mexico.
