I taught at the college level from 2009-2019 and facilitated community/non-profit planning for over 25 years.  Currently, I lead strategic planning retreats and facilitated discussions at Los Alamos National Laboratory using methodologies from Evaluation Theory, Conflict Negotiation/Resolution, and Strategic Foresight.

Weekly group focused on the applying mindfulness skills to building community and webs of relationship that extend beyond treatment: understanding boundaries, speech, action, and care of self in community.

Embodied Storytelling Designer/Facilitator | September 2016– Present
Lead weekly writing group (4 hours per week) in order for survivors to tell stories, reconstruct narratives of sensory memory, and bear witness to shared stories of pain and survival. Group combines free-writing and Hakomi Integrated Somatics.

Mindfulness Instructor | September 2016 – January 2019
Instructor for weekly groups (4 hours per week) of mindfulness/meditation workshops. Groups focus on body-centered awareness as a vehicle for accessing sensory and proprioceptive awareness, cultivating compassion and loving kindness, and becoming fully present in moment to moment awareness.
